Who is eligible for an internship?

Eligibility requirements for internships include:

  • Full-time college students 18 years or older
  • Residence and housing in the city of interest
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without restriction
What types of internships does David Weekley Homes offer?

Our most common internship opportunities are in Construction and Warranty.

Some divisions may also offer internship opportunities in:

  • Accounting and Finance (Houston only)
  • Sales
  • Architecture
  • Purchasing or Estimating
When are internships available?

In general, we offer summer, spring or fall internships depending on the needs of each division at any given time, and at the discretion of the individual hiring manager.

Are interns paid?

Yes, all internships at David Weekley Homes are paid. The pay rate is at the discretion of the manager and may vary by division, position and experience.

How can I apply for an internship?

There are a couple of ways to be considered for an internship. Check your university’s job board for available opportunities and follow the application instructions. Or, meet with us on campus at one of our university-related events.
