David Weekley Homes offers Team Members the opportunity to take a strategic and planned job pause upon reaching 10 years of continuous service by offering a four-week paid sabbatical, with the option of extending another two weeks using unpaid time off. In addition, a grant of $2,000 will be given for such things as travel, education, etc.
